The Maybrook Wind Ensemble will perform at Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall in New York City at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.
The concert will feature music celebrating courage, imagination and the American spirit, including patriotic selections in recognition of the nation’s 250th anniversary.
The program includes “American Hymnsong Suite,” “Shenandoah,” “Sedona,” “Ashokan Farewell,” “Chester,” “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot” and “Fantasy on ‘Yankee Doodle,’” among other works.
The Hudson Valley-based ensemble arranged the Carnegie Hall performance after member Michael Cartaya proposed the idea in mid-2025. The group raised funds to cover venue, marketing, advertising and transportation costs.
Tickets start at $46, including fees. Tickets are available at https://bit.ly/4jNeYJb or the Carnegie Hall website. For additional information on ticket availability, or assistance with your order, please call 212-247-7800.
