Last Saturday evening the Highland Business Association hosted a traditional Block Party in the hamlet of Highland. The sidewalks were transformed into outdoor bistros for the event as the association held a Murder Mystery where ‘Detectives’ signed up and received ‘clues’ that had to be verified inside of the stores in the hamlet.
