The Highland Falls Village Board remains one member short, but on April 7 the first meeting of the ‘new’ board took place, with Mayor Jim DiSalvo, re-elected Trustee Peter Carroll, Trustee (and now deputy mayor) Jim Ramus, and newly elected Trustee Aleena Olivia.
