Sasha is the owner of On Set Nutrition located at 86 West Main Street, Walden. Before opening On Set Nutrition she was a personal banker. She relates that at age 42 she was overweight, insecure and had zero energy. This became a problem and she knew she had to make a change in her lifestyle. As she regularly had to stop to take a nap on the side of the road home or a fast food parking lot. She needed to lose weight and gain some energy just to make it home. She found nutrition, lost 25 lbs. and gained energy, confidence and a motivating community with like minded individuals all with the same goals to be healthy and happy.

The Walden Jewish Community Center/Congregation Beth Hillel continues its 2022 educational, cultural and recreational calendar of events, open to the entire Orange County Jewish community at no charge. Most of the events are presented on Zoom and will be interactive, allowing for audience participation.
