I’m happy to report another unique shop has opened in Walden. Let’s join in sending Sashannell Garcia a warm welcome.

Sasha is the owner of On Set Nutrition located at 86 West Main Street, Walden. Before opening On Set Nutrition she was a personal banker. She relates that at age 42 she was overweight, insecure and had zero energy. This became a problem and she knew she had to make a change in her lifestyle. As she regularly had to stop to take a nap on the side of the road home or a fast food parking lot. She needed to lose weight and gain some energy just to make it home. She found nutrition, lost 25 lbs. and gained energy, confidence and a motivating community with like minded individuals all with the same goals to be healthy and happy.

Sasha knew she needed to share with everyone this amazing nutrition, So On Set Nutrition was born. Store hours are Monday - Fridays 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Phone 845-713-4157.
