Some New Windsor water customers may experience discolored water and low pressure as the town begins several weeks of hydrant flushing.
The New Windsor Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants Monday, Sept. 21 and continue through Friday, Oct. 9.
The work could affect town residents, occupants at Stewart Airport and residents at the Firthcliffe Heights section of Cornwall.
