Last Friday, the Circleville Fire Company kicked off the Fourth of July with its annual parade in the hamlet, featuring marchers and attendees who displayed immense patriotic pride. Around 10:15 a.m., the parade departed from Circleville Middle School and passed through Pine Bush Road, comprising many local organizations, bands, first responders, and veterans. Residents crowding along the street matched the parade’s energy, cheering the marchers on while boasting their own red, white, and blue attire.
The parade turned onto Sam Fast Boulevard, greeted by the fire company’s giant American flag, and concluded at Circleville Park. Hordes of residents rushed over to the park and continued the festivities, enjoying the fire company’s barbecue delights and riding on barrel trains.
