If you want to learn how, just ask Mia, shown here on the left – she won the recent Egg Drop Challenge hosted by CONNECT at the Highland Falls Intermediate School. With Mia here is Julio – the two were among the students in the afterschool program’s Mad Science class, which conducted the contest. An egg drop challenge is a classic STEM activity used for building creativity, problem solving, curiosity, and developing a passion for experimentation and learning. CONNECT is provided to HFIS students at no cost by West Point’s Association of Graduates.
