If Jack Kennedy could be contacted in the hereafter I am certain he would agree to having his name removed from the Kennedy Center and having the building renamed the Trump Center if President Trump would again begin funding the charity Kennedy signed into being, USAID. I am sure that JFK’s spirit would not feel that having the center that was named for him change names was troubling if that change would save hundreds of lives a day throughout the world’s most troubled spots. The awfulness of places like war torn Sudan is a human tragedy that is much more important than any name on any building. According to agencies that are trying unsuccessfully to make up for the USAID shutdown hundreds of thousands have died because of it so far and the future is very bleak for those in desperate need of immediate help.
