The Pine Bush football team erased a 13-point deficit as the Bushmen clinched a Section 9 Class AA playoff berth on Friday night with a 35-19 win over the Kingston Tigers on Friday night at Pine Bush High School.

Triston Santos completed eight passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns to Logan Hawley. Plexico Brooks ran for 226 yards and two touchdowns, while Manny Hannon had five carries for 61 yards and a touchdown.

Edward Morley, Jr. made 12 tackles, Jarae Hunter had 10, while Hawley and Patrick Curran had eight each.

Julian Montrevil ran for a touchdown and Jayden Orozco caught a touchdown pass in the Vikings’ loss to the Middletown Middies.

The Vikings were eliminated from playoff contention.
