Please be advised that due to continued ongoing construction activities related to the City of Newburgh’s North Interceptor Sewer project, Water Street (River Road/Marine Drive/NYS Route 980T) will continue to be closed to all vehicular traffic in the area between Renwick Street and Walsh Road until Wednesday, December 21.

Please use alternate routes and allow for additional travel time due to delays associated with this detour. Please pay attention to traffic detour signs, traffic flaggers and construction vehicles in this area. All local businesses will be open and accessible during this temporary road closure and detour.
