The Town of Wallkill Police Department is investigating two cases where vehicles were stolen on Wednesday, January 24 at 2:43 p.m. and Saturday, February 10, 2 at 9:39 a.m., in the vicinity of Freezer Road. In both cases, the keys were left in the unattended motor vehicles.
Accordingly, police are encouraging residents to refrain from leaving keys in unattended motor vehicles.
The investigation into these cases is ongoing.
