Matthew McCoy, Newburgh Enlarged City School District Clerk, oversaw his final district meeting on December 13.

McCoy concluded a decade plus career as clerk of the board and would be in the process of training and preparing his replacement for the board.

His replacement is set to take office on Friday, December 23.
