Newburgh City Council approved on Monday, December 12 to send out notices and to set a public hearing on January 9, 2023 to receive comments from the public on the renewal of a cable franchise agreement.
This agreement is between the City of Newburgh and Spectrum Northeast, LLC. According to Michelle Kelson of Corporation Counsel, the agreement has not changed since its review.
