Firefighters from the Goodwill Fire Department in the Town of Newburgh were called to a fully involved car fire in a driveway of a Gidney Avenue address at around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
When the fire was out, firefighters reported a deceased male inside and a medical examiner was called to the scene.
Town of Newburgh police are handling the investigation.
