Ulster hosts celebration of Human Rights

The Ulster County Human Rights Department will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) with a week-long schedule of community engagement events in Kingston and Ellenville.

Monday, December 11 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the lobby of the Ulster County Office Building (DMV), 244 Fair Street, Kingston

Tuesday, December 12 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the benefits lobby of the Department of Social Services, 1061 Development Ct., Kingston

Wednesday, December 13 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the main lobby of the Departments of Health and Mental Health, 239 Golden Hill Lane, Kingston

Thursday, December 14 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the lobby of Ulster County’s Trudy Resnick Farber Building, 50 Center Street, Ellenville.

Friday, December 15 from 12 - 2 p.m. in the Kingston Center of SUNY Ulster lobby, 94 Mary’s Ave, Kingston. The public is invited to drop in at any of the five events.
