I am writing to express my support for Scott Corcoran for Town Supervisor.of Marlborough.

Scott has led our town with integrity, vision, and a commitment to running a clean campaign focused on his own merits not knocking down his opponent. He is a true team player who always gives credit where it is due, He works for everyone in our community, and always makes himself available to answer questions.

Regarding recent discussions about the budget by his opponent anyone knows in today’s economy that costs of everything have risen. Scott invited his opponent to attend the budget meeting to ask questions and offer his suggestions. While his opponent attended, he left early without offering any suggestions or asking any questions.

Scott’s extensive experience over the past 15 years serving on the budget, building, and parks committees, as well as handling labor negotiations has proven his ability to stretch our tax dollars wisely. For example, he arranged for Local 17 to train our highway department to lay sidewalks throughout our hamlets, utilizing our own employees to save taxpayers money.

Scott understands what it takes to run our town effectively. He is my choice for Town Supervisor because he will keep our town moving forward, keep taxes as low as possible, and continue to serve all residents with dedication.
