Noreen E. Mulvaney passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on June 24, 2026, at the age of 79. Daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothea (Taylor) Mulvaney, she was born on June 24, 1947, in New York, NY.
Noreen was an Operations Manager for Pearson Education in Cranberry, NJ, and was a proud member of Sacred Heart church in Highland Falls, NY.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons, Patrick W. Kelly and Christopher J. Kelly, both of Fort Montgomery, NY; sister, Marguerite Donnery and her husband, Timothy, and many cousins. In addition to her parents, Noreen was also predeceased by her son, Joseph A. Kelly.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at William F. Hogan Funeral Home, 135 Main St., Highland Falls, NY. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Sacred Heart Church, 353 Main St., Highland Falls. A burial of cremains will take place at a later date.
Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
