Highland-area seniors will gather from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the Highland Public Library, 14 Elting Place, for the monthly Ageless Grace program.

The Sept. 11 program, which falls on the second Friday of the month, will feature Ken Daley presenting Ageless Grace Brain Health.

The monthly program, which normally falls on the first Friday of the month, provides seniors with an opportunity to socialize, meet new friends and learn about topics related to aging. Guest speakers cover a variety of subjects, and gatherings typically include a game, craft or wellness activity. Light refreshments are provided.

Upcoming programs include a presentation by the Ulster County Office for Aging on legal issues Oct. 2 and a holiday craft and cookie exchange Nov. 6.
