Police and emergency vehicles responded Monday morning to Route 17K, in the vicinity of the Target Plaza. There, according to police, a pedestrian was struck by a car. Route 17K was closed from the Target entrance to Auto Park Place. Good Will Firefighters, Town of Newburgh EMS and Empress EMS were all at the scene. Information on the victim was unavailable.
