The project known as Longview Farm, a 27 lot subdivision, represented by T.M. Depuy Engineering & Land Surveying, PC, received a reaffirmed negative declaration from 2007 from the Newburgh Planning Board and the project was set for a public hearing on Thursday, May 4.

MHE Engineering comments prepared have listed that a petition has been filed with the town and has been submitted to the town board for the proposed establishment of a drainage district. No word has been received from the Orange County Department of Planning since a referral was sent back in March. Other concerns addressed were the naming of streets and numbering of houses if approved.
