Lilia Brujan Mestyanek, of the Town of Newburgh, formerly of the Philippines, died surrounded by her loved ones, on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. She was 60.
Daughter of the late Rufino Dizon and Mamerta Bruce Brujan, she was born in Sta. Rita Concepcion Tarlac, Philippines on November 25, 1958.
In addition to her husband, Lester, at home she is survived by a daughter Kerstin Bergmann; four brothers, Renato B. Dizon of VA, Danilo B. Dizon of VA, Ben-Hur Dizon of NC and Ronald B. Dizon of NC; four sisters, Teresita D. Vogler of NC. Josephine D. Navarrete of NC, Elizabeth B. Dizon of the Philippines, and Marilyn D. Christianson of WA; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Mount Airy, NC.
