Holiday schedule for city sanitation department

In observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 27, 2024, the City of Newburgh’s non-emergency departments will be closed. There will be no sanitation collection on Monday, May 27.

The Sanitation Collection schedule is affected and changes are as follows.

Sectors with pickup scheduled for Monday, will be picked up on Tuesday, May 28.

Sectors with pickup scheduled for Tuesday, will be picked up on Wednesday, May 29.

There will be no bulk or yard waste pickup on Wednesday, May 29.

Thursday and Friday pickup are not affected.
