The Town of Newburgh Planning Board approved a negative declaration for a three lot subdivision known as Cross Roads Construction located on Union Avenue. A public for the proposed subdivision has been set for Thursday, October 6.
The site plans include three proposed four bedroom dwellings, one on each plot. Mailing notices will be sent to the surrounding properties adjacent to the proposed subdivision and other interested parties.
