Hearing Set for CAPER

Newburgh City Council voted to schedule a public hearing for Fiscal Year 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The public hearing is set to be open and will include a 15 day public comment period.
City of Newburgh Planning and Development Director Alexandra Church clarified that the hearing would provide a report of allocated funding and COVID funding that was used for projects throughout the course of the prior year.
