No further updates have been released by the Newburgh Enlarged City School District following a recent report of an investigation into Roger Ramjug, former Director of Management Efficiency/ Capital Projects Administrator. Ramjug’s resignation was accepted by the Newburgh Board of Education on March 1.
The Poughkeepsie City School District had Ramjug as the new Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Resource Stewardship at an annual salary of $125,000 and he was set to begin on March 3rd. Ramjug was dismissed by the Poughkeepsie district who was made aware of the Newburgh Board of Education conducting an investigation in Ramjug.
District officials have not responded to a request for comment.
