NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Village Offices, One Municipal Square, Walden, New York to consider the application of LP Builders, LLC for Site Plan approvals pursuant to Section 30550 and 7725.a.8 of Village Law (site plans), and Special Exception Use pursuant to Section 30552 of the Village of Walden's Zoning Law for premises located at 74 West Main Street, and identified on the Tax Map as Section 306, Block 18, Lot(s) 14 & 15, located within the B3 (central business) Zoning District. The applicant proposes to create 8 senior apartments on the second and third floors, with the first floor and basement area remaining commercial.
A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours. All persons interested are invited to attend, and the meeting is open to the public.
