PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION on the following matters:
APPLICATION NUMBER 2024024 at the request of the applicant, Andrew Schrijver, on behalf of the owner, 189 Lander LLC. Application to install a new roof, install new windows, install new doors, install new lighting, restore/repoint masonry and paint using colors from the Benjamin Moore Historic Color palette.

The Public Hearing will be held on April 9, 2024 and any adjourned date, at 6:30 p.m. in the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York 12550.
