Cornwall Youth Lacrosse held its fourth annual Jamboree on May 30 at Kristi Babcock Park in New Windsor, with boys and girls teams from all over the region, including Wallkill, Kingston, Goshen, Blooming Grove and Saugerties playing a full day of games and celebrated the end of the season for the ‘fastest sport on two feet’. A highlight for the Cornwall players? A visit from the Cornwall Central High School boys’ varsity lacrosse team who had just won the Section 9 championship that morning.
