My work is not yet finished

I am Bob Livsey, your current Town of Highlands Supervisor. I have served our community for a combined total of 21 years, providing stable, effective leadership to both the town board and our residents. Most recently, I helped guide our town through the devastating July 9th storm crisis, and I continue to work actively with FEMA to rebuild and put our community back together, along with many other projects we are currently involved with and projects that are now completed.

For over 55 years, I have been a resident and business operator in the Town of Highlands. Throughout this time, I have shared a wonderful life, marriage, and partnership with my wife, Mary, and raised our two children.

Service has always been a central part of my life. I am a former Eagle Scout and an Army veteran of 12 years with tours in Germany and Vietnam, as well as a long-time member of the American Legion, VFW, and BPO Elks. I have always been deeply invested in the youth of our community, spending over 30 years coaching and umpiring for the Town’s Ponytail Softball program, and teaching Religious Education at Sacred Heart Church.

Our seniors and families deserve an affordable community they can call home, and I continue to search for available grants instead of tax monies.

My work as your supervisor is not yet finished; there is still much more to do. I am asking for your vote so I can continue improving our town services and, most importantly, saving your hard-earned tax dollars. I offer you my proven experience as a fiscally responsible leader who delivers results.
