NOTICE OF TENTATIVE BUDGET HEARING

FISCAL YEAR 20242025

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 6:31 PM to take and hear comments relating to the tentative budget for the Fiscal Year 20242025 as proposed by the Board of Trustees. This public hearing will be held in the Village Board Meeting Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549. A copy of the tentative budget is available at the office of the Village Clerk where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular business hours.

The proposed compensation for the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Trustees and Town Justice for Fiscal Year 20242025 is as follows:

Mayor: $20,451.00

Deputy Mayor: $11,770.00

Trustees: $10,311.33

Village Justice: $19,234.00

At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
