NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 267a (1) of the Town Law, State of New York and Section 18555A (1) of the Zoning Ordinances of the Town of

Newburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Newburgh, New York on Thursday the 28th day of March, 2024 at 7:00 P.M., in the Town Hall, 1496 Route 300, Town of Newburgh, New York, to act upon the following appeal:

APPLICATION of

Chicken (this is a rereferral from the Planning Board) for changes to previously approved dimensional regulations/bulk requirements for the minimum front yard setback on both Route 300 and Route 52, the rear yard setback, the side setback, and maximum lot surface coverage, established in connection with the special permit that was granted for the project; and to previously approved variances for the entrance to the Property on Route 52, the minimum required setback from the physical center line on Route 300, and the minimum required front yard setback from Route 300.

Initial appearance to the ZBA for this application was September 28, 2023.
