People, there is a government-transforming project underway that is both eye-opening and extremely alarming. It is officially called the 2025 Presidential Transition Project. It’s being organized by the Heritage Foundation. The project director is Paul Dans, Trump’s former chief-of-staff at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) along with two associate directors under Dans.

This project’s fruition depends upon a Republican victory, be it Trump or some other GOP candidate, in the 2024 Presidential election. If that happens, the project would materialize. Its mission is to reshape the federal government to support Trump’s Maga agenda. This means the President would be given broad executive power to remove from government (capitalizing on the baseless ‘deep state’ conspiracy theory) those non-elected federal bureaucrats who wish to sabotage the Maga agenda; they would be replaced with personnel (whom I call blind loyalists) who share Trump’s vision for America. These expansive executive powers include giving the President the authority to, in many instances, bypass Congress to formulate policy through the use of broad executive orders or what I call dictatorial edicts.

In his campaign rallies Trump has publicly asserted, if reelected, his second term will be one of revenge and retribution. He will exercise an authoritarian power grab and take control of the Department of Justice to go after his political enemies (those critical of his vision for America) in the FBI, the CIA and other government agencies. He will have them arrested and prosecuted. Trump echoes the aforementioned mission of the 2025 Presidential Transition Project.

This project 2025, in essence, drives a stake through the heart of our democracy and shreds our constitution. It does not allow for any healthy disagreement or debate on the issue stances of an ultraconservative government. In actuality it is a stark blueprint for authoritarian rule.
