Lee M. Crutts, a resident of Pine Bush, passed away peacefully at his home surround by family on Thursday, March 21, 2024 after a 2 year battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He was 60. 

The son of the late Charles M. Crutts Jr. and Nina B. Demerest Crutts, he was born in Newton, NJ at Newton Hospital on November 5, 1963. 

Lee grew up in the farmlands of Sussex County New Jersey, which made a lifelong impression within him. Lee loved working with his hands. He loved repairing and building whatever was needed, or whatever he wanted, including garden pulling tractors, and dirt track cars. He always seemed to know how to make things work right. His friends and colleagues called him MacGyver.  Lee was always ready to lend a helping hand. 

He was a devoted employee of B. Devries and Sons Concrete Pumping for 18 years. His hobbies included garden tractor pulling, and following local dirt car racing. He was a fan of NASCAR racing and Yankees Baseball.  

Lee is survived by his loving wife Mary, whom he was married to since December 19, 1987.  He is also survived by his beloved son Lee Jr.(Ashley), and two loving grandchildren. Lee was pre deceased by his parents Charles and Nina Crutts, his older brother Charles Crutts III (Donna deceased) as well as his Sister Terry(Joe) and several nieces and nephews. He will be loved and greatly missed by his friends and family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Please watch Facebook for that information. Thank you.
