NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 15th day of May 2024, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of Carson Power LLC regarding Fair Oaks Solar A, LLC for Site Plan and Special Use Permit approval under Sections 24938, 24939, 24939.1, & 24940 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate a community solar project on the premises located at 343 Route 17k which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town's Tax Maps as Section 1 of Block 1, Tax Lot 70.12.
All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place.
The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comment during the public hearing.
