NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 276 of the Town Law and the Zoning Law of the Town of Shawangunk, as amended, the following Public Hearings will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Shawangunk, County of Ulster, State of New York on "Tuesday", May 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York, for the purpose of considering the following application and for the conducting of any other business that may come before the Board:

Public Hearing:

E&L Farms LLC (Garvey) Two Lot Subdivision (Applicant No. 202404) SBL: 105.1126.122, 152.64 acres, Address: 3014 State Route 52, Pine Bush, NY 12566. To create two parcels, approximately 102.5 acres and 50 acres each. Property Class: -. Rural Residential, Pine Bush School and Pine Bush Fire District. Property is in R-Ag 2. The action is deemed to be an Unlisted Action per the SEQRA, which will not receive coordinated review.

The applications and plans will be available at the Planning Board Office at the Town Office Building during working hours MondayFriday 12:004:00pm ten days prior to the Public Hearing. Any interested person may file with the Planning Board a written statement in lieu of or in addition to any remarks to be presented at the hearing. Such statements shall be signed and presented to the Planning Board Secretary prior to or at the hearing at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York or email planningshawangunk.org. All parties and citizens in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect of the proposed applications but the Planning Board reserves the right to limit time for presentation to a maximum of five minutes.
