On Friday May 10th, at approximately 9:17 PM, the Town of Montgomery Police responded to a report of a rollover motor vehicle accident on Berea Rd. in the area of Coleman Rd. Further updates stated the accident involved a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) that had rolled over in a yard. 

One person was reported to be pinned underneath the machine with serious injuries. The operator of the UTV was evaluated by paramedics and subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The victim was identified as Guy (Bucky) Davis, age 42, of Montgomery.  

The Town of Montgomery Police were assisted by The Village of Walden Police Department, Village of Montgomery Police Department, the NYS Police, Coldenham Fire Department, Town of Montgomery Ambulance Corps, and The Town of New Windsor Paramedics. 

The investigation to the cause of the accident is still ongoing.
