East Coldenham Drama Production presents Beauty and the Beast

On March 16 and 17, the fourth and fifth grade students of East Coldenham wowed sold-out audiences with their presentation of the classic tale, Beauty and the Beast. Directed by Katharine Terry and Karen Dunco, the young actors delivered a heartwarming performance that left the audience wanting more.

The show featured an incredible cast that included Raelyn Demshick as Belle, AJ Piaquadio as Beast/Prince, and Darius Caballero as Gaston. Caleb Anderson and Kevin Connelly Jr played Lumiere and Cogsworth respectively, while Nicole Weddell played the role of Babette. Olivia Wirth played Mrs. Potts, with Hunter Hoffman as Chip, and Wyatt Wilson as Lefou. Maribel Edwards, Sofia Romero, and Emily Thorn played Les Filmes De La Ville, while Ana Vuksanovich played Madame de la Grande Bouche. Jayden Hall played Maurice, Liam Shaw played Monsieur D’Arque, and Davanee Williams played Enchantress. Joshua Cuevas and Maci Oberpriller played the narrators.

The performance was not just about the actors, but also the talented stage crew. Rayen Aldebot, Levi Boulanger, Mason Fermin, Austin Haylock, Ava Hengerle, Lirio Ponce Herrera and Dominic Schaefer were the backbone of the show, ensuring that everything went smoothly behind the scenes.
