Anthony Paul Alfalla, Sr., born January 25, 1955, in The Bronx, NY passed away January 31, 2025, in the Waterman Hospital (What are the odds?!) in Tavares, FL. He was 70 years young.

Tony spent his life building his business and took such pride in serving his entire community.  He looked forward to retirement, but his love for helping others always won out. He always found ways to have fun with his family and friends and found such joy in putting smiles on everyone’s face. Tony was an avid golfer, hunter, highschool wrestling fan, and coffee drinker. He enjoyed life at the lake and traveling the country. He was an even bigger fan of spending time with and loving his family and being the world’s best Poppop.

Big Tone was, and will continue to be, a light in all our lives. He always put everyone above himself and strived to give all he could to his family, friends, and even strangers. He spent his life raising his children to be strong, independent, and capable adults and for that, we are so thankful for him as our Dad.

Tony is survived by his long-time partner, Karen. Children, Terry, Julie, and Elizabeth, his grandchildren, Danny, Lanie, Griff, Hunter, Miles, Maple, and Penny, as well as siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifetime friends. He was predeceased by his two sons, Anthony Jr. and Michael. Visitation will be held on Sunday February 9, 2025 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd. Pine Bush NY. Burial will be private.
