NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson to consider the application of STORMKING ASSOCIATES, LLC (the “Applicant), concerning the property located at 2 Idlewild Avenue, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York 12520 (the “Property”). The Property is located in the SR zoning district and the CBS overlay district. The Applicant is seeking an approval for a site plan for the Property to make alterations to its existing theater, to construct a new accessory structure, to install new fencing, landscaping and exterior lighting, and to install accessible parking and a walkway in the rear of the building. The application materials and plans may be inspected at the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson Building Department, 260 Shore Road, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
