ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS    TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 48-34A of the Zoning Local Law on the following Proposition       Appeal No.     24-21       Request of      MELROSE        for a VARIANCE of the Zoning Local Law to Permit     Variances are requested to permit various billboard replacements with the addition of one side on billboard #4.      for property located at 14 Forge Hill Rd    known and designated as tax map Section 37    Block      1    Lot            37.2         PUBLIC HEARING will take place on September 9, 2024  at the New Windsor Town Hall, 555 Union Avenue, New Windsor, New York  beginning at 7 00 P.M.       George Rodriguez, Chairman
