TOWN OF MONTGOMERY TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 235 Of the Code Of the Town Of Montgomery Regarding Permitted Uses In The I-1 Zoning District” which would permit truck sales and repairs within said zone. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery on Wednesday April 2, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Montgomery Town Hall located at 110 Bracken Road, 2nd Floor, Montgomery, New York to review and consider the aforesaid Introductory Local Law. Any resident of the Town of Montgomery is entitled to be heard concerning the proposed Local Law. A copy of the draft Local Law is available on the Town’s website at www.townofmontgomery.com and is further available for review at Montgomery Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, NY 12549. Written comments are encouraged and may be submitted to the Town Clerk in person or via e-mail at tstickles@townofmontgomery.com.
