Ronald Feller, running unopposed for a seat in the Orange County Legislature, received 5,439 votes.
His 9th district serves the Towns of Montgomery and Wallkill, including the Village of Maybrook. He was appointed to the seat in January to replace L. Stephen Brescia, who resigned to become Montgomery Town Supervisor.

In the 103rd Assembly District, Incumbent Democrat Sarahana Shrestha received nearly 61 percent of the vote to defeat challenger Jack Hayes. The district includes portions of Ulster and Duchess Counties, including the Town of Gardiner.
State Senate
In the 39th State Senate District, Incumbent Rob Rollison (R-C) won a second term, defeating Yvette Valdes Smith by a margin of 72,815 - 68,940. The 39th district includes the Town of Montgomery.
In the 42nd State Senate District, Democrat James Skoufis won re-election with 51.14 percent of the vote, defeating challengers Dorey F. Houle (R) and Timothy Mitts (C). The district includes all of Orange County, with the exception of the Towns of Montgomery and Newburgh and the City of Newburgh.
In the 51st Senate District, Incumbent Peter Oberacker (R-C) defeated challenger Michele Frazier (D-W) by a margin of 87,118 - 58-201. The 51st includes much of Ulster County, including the Towns of Shawangunk and Gardiner
