June is a month of beauty akin to no other, her landscape is a sweeping rainbow of peonies, roses, and hydrangeas attracting one to stop and smell the roses. Generous evenings entertain us with crickets and peepers chirping away, while tiny fire-flies flit about playing hide and seek with excited children, frolicking about until the deepening shadows beckon them into the safety of their homes.

We are grateful to June who shares a myriad of celebrations: Flag Day, Juneteenth, Father’s Day, Midsummer Day, graduations, weddings, and always a birthday or two.

Backyard pools are in full swing, and barbecue grills send whiffs of summer’s mouth-watering faves. So, relax and savor the chilled watermelon and refreshing fruity drinks; it’s the good old Summertime, enjoy June’s pleasures, and thank God for the abundance of His gifts in our beautiful America!

Happy Birthday blessings June 12, to Bill Haight as he celebrated 87 years of God’s greatest gift, his life that he has dedicated to his loving family. The special people in Bill’s life are his dear wife, Sandy, awesome children—William, Lynn, and Brenda, and precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who are grateful for his heart of gold.

So, in case you haven’t guessed, your friends and family love you and hope you’re feeling blessed! Wishing you blessings of good health and happiness, and an amazing year, and lots of birthday cake. Save some for Peter!
