There is still time to register for several new courses being offered this fall at The Desmond Center for Community Enrichment, Town of Newburgh Recreation Department. The Desmond Center is located at 6 Albany Post Road, Newburgh, NY. Fall courses start September 13.
The tradition set forth by Mrs. Alice Desmond continues as The Center, which was her home, provides classes and programs in a large variety of areas for enjoyment and life-long learning-- all in the beautiful setting of The Desmond Estate.

If you have an interest in learning about Color Pencil Drawing, The Historic Caves in Goshen, NY, what makes Shakespeare’s Sonnets so special, the Pleasures of Poetry, or perhaps you’d like some Staging Tips for Selling Your Home. Maybe you’ve always wanted to learn another language—how about Basic Spanish or Beginning French? Now is your time to seize the day!
