on't miss your chance to experience the beauty of the Hudson River while watching a rowing competition on the historic course popularized by the book, "The Boys in the Boat" by Daniel James Brown.

The Hudson River Rowing Association and Mid Hudson Rowing Association are co-sponsoring a 3 mile rowing race on the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie.

Races are scheduled to run from 7:15 AM to 10:30 AM. The entire race can be viewed from the Walkway Over the Hudson (2.5 miles from the start). Additional viewpoints are Quiet Cove Riverfront Park, Victor C. Waryas Park, and Kaal Rock Park (finish line).
