Adult Career Center serving up culinary classes for Valentine’s Day

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delightful culinary experience at the Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center. Enrollment is now open for Valentine’s Day Confections, a special class designed to help you create delectable treats for your loved ones—or yourself!

Participants will learn to craft an array of delicious cupcakes, truffles, candies, and more. Whether you’re spreading the love with friends, family, or indulging in a sweet treat just for you, this class promises a fun and festive evening.

This special event will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center, located at 319 Broadway, Port Ewen. The cost is $45 per person (pre-registration required), plus a $20 cash food/supply fee payable to the instructor on the night of the class.
