Thomas “David “Gordon of Marlboro, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. He was 78.

Son of the late Everette D. and Edna May (Pedrick) Gordon, he was born on February 21, 1944 in Newburgh.

A longtime area resident, David was a retired electrician with IBEW, Local 363 Harriman for 43 years. He was known for easy conversation and his love for food shared with family and friends. But most of all he was known for his trademark handlebar mustache which he wore with pride.  

Survivors include his wife Cathy Hutton; daughter Cynthia (Andrew) Storno of Marlboro; son James Gordon; granddaughters Dannielle Storno of Austin Texas, Julianna (Salvator) Schisano of Gardiner; grandson Jamie Gordon; two brothers, Robert (Claire) Gordon of Texas and Paul (Pamela) Gordon of Newburgh; sister in law and brother in law Jamie Baird and David Baird; and many nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife Linda Jean Olsen Gordon; and his second wife Charlene Terpenning Gordon. 

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.

Memorial Visitation will take place Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh, NY 12550
