Eva Gregorio, 88, a current resident of Marlboro and a previous longtime resident of Highland, passed away on February 15, from complications of old age and medical issues. 

Eva grew up in Hungary until she was 20 years old. After turning 20 she left her Country and lived in Europe (London & Paris) and visited most of the Netherlands.

In 1968 she moved to the United States with her first husband. In 1971 was divorced and remarried again in 1978 to Henry Gregorio, of Highland for 34 years. Henry predeceased her in 2012.

Eva worked at Coppola's Restaurant for 20 years. She also worked for Scott Gibson and the Italian Center for Saturday lunches. Eva had a small business going making aprons, runners and sold them on Etsy & Craft Fairs. She was known in town as the "Apron Lady".
