Chamber of Commerce announces new board members

The Orange County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the newest additions to its 2025 Board of Directors. These distinguished leaders bring diverse expertise, dedication, and fresh perspectives that will guide the Chamber’s mission to drive growth, advocacy, and opportunity across Orange County.

The new board members:
• Kelly Caldwell, partner at Visions Human Resource Services LLC
• Janine Greer, President of Dillon & Semenovich Inc.

• Roy Mandell, cash manager, Community Products LLC
• Hon. Joseph J. Minuta, RA, Principal Architect and Founder, Minuta Architecture PLLC
• Holly Moyseenko-Wright, Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing, Hudson Valley Kitchen Design Center
• Jerry Nappi, Director of Public Affairs, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp.

The Chamber is also proud to announce the re-election of the following Board members:

• Ryan Coakley, assistant vice president, senior financial advisor, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management
• Jeremy J. Landolfa, financial services professional agent, NY Life Insurance Company
• Dr. Kristine Young, President, Orange County Community College (SUNY Orange)
Further, the following board officers were elected:
• Vice Chair: Domenic Baiocco, commercial lender and sales team leader at Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan.
• Secretary: Daniel Ortega of the Engineers Labor-Employers Cooperative (ELEC 825).
• Treasurer: Chris Seger, partner with RBT CPAs.
