Community members can go to the Town Website at townofmarlboroughny.org/.
Simply type in the search window ‘notify me’ or go to the bottom of the Home Page to see the “Notify Me” link. Click on that and it will bring you into the sign-up section to start receiving alerts. This is very helpful to not only get Town information but also most importantly, Police alerts.

The Story of Marlboro
The Marlboro Free Library has launched “The Story of Marlborough” podcast series on their Discover Marlboro app. Hear stories of local history straight from your neighbors as they discuss their businesses, properties, and families. Each Tuesday, look for a new podcast episode or for a write-up of a historical landmark in Marlborough. Guests include Hepworth Farms, Raspberry Fields Farm, the Gomez Mill House, and more!
This past winter, the library was awarded a Libraries Transforming Communities grant from the American Library Association, to help identify how the library could use its Discover Marlboro app to support local business owners in the community. As a result of a series of community conversations, the library created a podcast series, “The Story of Marlborough: The Past, Present, and Future,” to share the individual stories of the businesses who participated in this project and to highlight our community.

Libraries Transforming
Communities: Focus on Small and Rural Libraries is an initiative of the American Library Association (ALA) in collaboration with the Association for Rural and Small Libraries (ARSL).
